What are the mandatory medical and vaccination requirements before a stay?

Accepted Answer

All core vaccinations are required to be completely up-to-date. This includes the Kennel Cough (infectious bronchitis) vaccine, which must be administered at least 14 days prior to arrival. Valid proof of these records must be provided for review before the stay begins. Please note that reservations will be cancelled if the required vaccination proof cannot be presented.

Yes, the aim is always to create a smooth, intuitive experience. By default, guest pets are welcomed into a peaceful, structured daily lifestyle. The aim is to follow and align with their specific routine where possible to ensure their established lifestyle remains undisrupted.

Our limited-capacity setting is designed to naturally support dogs at all social stages. Because we focus on a small, restricted number of guests, we have the time and space to closely understand each dog’s unique personality and interaction style. We never rush their pace; instead, we allow quieter or more reserved dogs to settle in and observe until they feel comfortable. From a long-term perspective, gently introducing them to a few balanced, gentle companions under our care provides a practical opportunity to gradually build their confidence and naturally develop their social skills over time.

Accepted Answer

To prevent digestive upset, all food must be provided by the owner for the duration of the stay. Beyond food, packing can be tailored based on the dog’s lifestyle. Bringing a familiar bed or a blanket carrying the scent of home can provide comfort for some dogs, while others adapt quickly without one. Bringing specific items that align with the regular home routine is encouraged to support a smooth transition.
