Getting to know your pets

To help keep the process smooth and thoughtful for both humans and pets, we use a short form-based booking system for all new enquiries.

This allows us to learn a little about your pet beforehand and make the most of our meet & greet in person.

All new clients are offered one complimentary meet & greet before any booking is confirmed. This gives us an opportunity to get to know your pet, discuss their routine and needs, and help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience moving forward.

If additional meet & greets are requested before a booking, these can be arranged separately and may incur an additional charge.
