We can compress this into a once-daily master update if you prefer uninterrupted travel, or expand it to three separate snapshots across the day (such as during active walks or rest intervals) if your dog requires closer monitoring. The overall volume of care data and images captured remains meticulously high; we simply adjust the frequency of delivery to protect your cognitive bandwidth.

We recognize that every home operates on a unique security infrastructure, so Dotel handles key handovers and security through a personal conversation.Whether your home utilizes a traditional physical key exchange, an external lockbox code, a digital smart-lock, or requires alignment with a local neighborhood concierge, we adapt to your preference. During our pre-stay consultation, we will discuss your specific security layout to ensure a seamless transition. Additionally, if your home features an active alarm or security system, we can set it up and arm it whenever we leave the premises to keep your space fully protected.

Your pet's emotional stability and routine remain our primary focus throughout the day. We default to a maximum 4-5 hour absence limit for essential personal errands or local logistics.We understand every pet has a different threshold for separation anxiety. This time-frame can be adjusted based on your pet's specific needs and typical daily timeline—if they require closer monitoring or shorter intervals alone, we will discuss and align our presence to mirror their comfort level. This can be discussed in the meet and greet or before booking.

For first-time clients, your booking is finalized subject to a Meet & Greet. We will arrange a personal introduction before the scheduled date to introduce ourselves to your pet and walk through your home's setup. If you have any specific requirements or want to coordinate your schedule beforehand, feel free to mention it in the Meet & Greet form.For the pets we already know, you can secure your dates directly through our automated booking system on this page.
